Enchantment Group adds Arizona resort: Enchantment Group announced it has added the 32-room CopperWynd Resort and Club in Fountain Hills, Arizona, to its management portfolio.

 


The Pig to open another hotel: The Combe House Devon near Gittisham, United Kingdom, has now been sold to The Pig hotel chain, which plans to open there in April 2016.

Sahara’s sale of hotels hits snag: Hong Kong investment company JTS Trading Ltd. has filed a lawsuit to block Sahara India Pariwar from selling London’s Grosvenor Hotel and New York’s Plaza and Dream hotels, claiming it was unfairly shut out of the deal. The move may hamper Sahara’s effort to raise bail for its controlling stakeholder, Subrata Roy.

The Park Collection to expand: The Park Hotels will add two new luxury hotels to The Park Collection brand — The Park Corbett, a 40-room hotel set to open in November in Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand, North India, and The Park Wayanad in Northern Kerala, a 25-room property set to open at the end of the year.
