Belfast Grand Central Hotel plans unveiled: Hastings Hotels will convert Ireland’s Windsor House into the Belfast Grand Central Hotel with a scheduled opening in 2018. The £30 million (US$47.19 million) project will create more than 150 jobs.

Hotel Indigo Miami Dadeland sold: IC – Miami Dadeland LLC, an affiliate of Integrated Capital, purchased the Hotel Indigo Miami Dadeland for US$18.63 million, a 61% profit increase from its previous purchase price. The seller was CRP/Cardel Dadeland Hotel LLC, an affiliate of The Carlyle Group and Rodblu Investment Fund 1.
