LFPI has purchased Alliance Hotel Group from Lone Star for an undisclosed amount. Following the acquisition, LFPI owns and operates a portfolio of 74 hotels.
Alliance Hotel Group comprises 12 Mercure, Crowne Plaza and Best Western-branded hotels located in Greater Paris and other regional cities.
Crédit Agricole Corporate Investment Banking and BNP Paribas Real Estate Hotels served as Lone Star’s sales advisors.
