In partnership with Matthew Kenney Cuisine, Evason Hua Hin in Pranburi, Thailand, has opened Asia’s first classically structured plant-based culinary academy.
The new program offers month-long courses and weekday and weekend workshops about using whole, organic, unprocessed plant-based foods to achieve healthy, refined and flavorful cuisine. Guests will learn about the principles of raw food as well as participate in plant-based cooking classes.
As part of an exclusive enrollment package, students are provided with accommodations at the resort.
