Hot Openings: Luxe transformation for historic Milan buildings

Situated on the central Via Andegari, the new Mandarin Oriental, Milan, provides access to the city’s most fashionable streets, including Via Manzoni and Montenapoleone.

The hotel is housed within four redeveloped 18th-century buildings, combining Italian design by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel Interiors with timeless luxury and service.

All 104 rooms and suites provide stylish and spacious accommodations with scenic views of Milan.

Executive Chef Antonio Guida, formerly of the 2-Michelin-starred restaurant Il Pellicano in Tuscany, is at the helm of the hotel’s French, Asian and Tuscan fusion restaurant, Seta. Al fresco dining is also offered in the hotel’s courtyard.

The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Milan, offers six treatment rooms, two couples’ suites and a Thai massage room. The spa also includes a manicure and pedicure studio, a hair salon, an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center.
