As part of its 27th anniversary celebration, The Langham, Boston, will offer “The Art of Chocolate,” an all-you-can-enjoy chocolate buffet with more than 100 chocolate dessert combinations inspired by modern abstract art, pop art, sculpture, street art and surrealism. In addition to desserts, an adult chocolate cocktail menu will feature cocoa-infused martinis.
Created by Executive Chef Mark Sapienza and Executive Pastry Chef Ryan, the experience also includes a chocolate-themed suite. The two-story loft offers a special menu of chocolate-infused room service and chocolate-themed movies, such as “Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory” and “Chocolat.”
“The Art of Chocolate” is available starting on September 12.
