Hot Openings: Swire Hotels unveils third ‘House’

Following the openings of The Opposite House in Beijing and The Upper House in Hong Kong, Swire Hotels recently opened its third “House,” The Temple House in Chengdu, China.

UK-based Make Architects blend ancient Chinese culture with modern design at Swire’s newest property. The design was inspired by the region’s heritage, including the Daci Temple, a Buddhist monastery dating back to the Qing Dynasty restoration more than 1,000 years ago.
