Choice expands in Minnesota: Choice Hotels International signed an agreement with franchise partners Ceres Development and Orlean Enterprises to develop a new Cambria Hotel & Suites in Bloomington, Minnesota. The 160-room property is expected to open in 2017.
White Lodging to manage in Milwaukee: White Lodging will partner with Jackson Street Holdings to manage the SpringHill Suites Milwaukee Downtown. The 155-suite hotel is scheduled to open in 2016.
