Jumeirah launches immersive digital platform with Google

Developed in collaboration with Google, Jumeirah Group has launched Jumeirah Inside, a virtual platform that enables users to make hotel bookings and access and share never-before-seen footage. The platform provides access to the iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah with 360-degree video, sound and other immersive interactions.

Optimized for mobile and tablet users but also available for desktop users, the experience is available in English, Arabic, German, Russian and Mandarin.

“Just as we aim to exceed our guests’ expectations whenever they visit our luxury hotels around the world, so is our aim to give an unforgettably rich, immersive online experience in advance of their arrival,” said Ross McAuley, group vice president of brand, digital and loyalty at Jumeirah Group.
