Hot Openings: Boutique meets B&B in South Beach

Earlier this year, Menin Hospitality introduced the rebranded Kaskades South Beach in Miami. Formerly an extension of the iconic Gale South Beach, the 24-room now stand-alone boutique hotel’s restoration was led by Urban Robot Associates. The new concept aims to combine the boutique hotel experience with the quaint charm of a traditional bed & breakfast.

“It was always our dream to have Kaskades South Beach be its own entity,” said Jared Galbut, managing principal at Menin Hospitality. “With Kaskades we’ve introduced a sophisticated product that now stands on its own.”

Kaskades South Beach features a guest lounge with its own separate check in area from Gale South Beach, aiming to provide hotel guests with a more convenient check-in experience. Guests are also treated to a complimentary morning breakfast bar and afternoon wine and cheese spread in the first level guest lounge.

Guestrooms feature a chamomile-infused gel mattress, private balconies (in most rooms), luxury Italian linens, 55-inch LED televisions, GuyandGirl bath amenities, work desks, and sitting areas.
