Quin Hotel has launched its year-long street art series with an exhibition from Nick Walter. The British artist and Quin Arts’ inaugural artist-in-residence created 25 original works for his 2016 solo show at the Quin, which includes photographs and graffiti.
“We’re honored to have Nick Walker back in New York at the Quin, this time for a solo exhibition,” said Holly Breuche, general manager at Quin Hotel. ”As I’ve watched guests and local residents alike inspired by Nick’s work and by the opportunity to meet him in his role as artist-in-residence, I’m reminded of the power of these quintessential New York moments.”
In addition to Walker, the Quin Hotel will feature exhibitions from Cope2, Above, Pur Evil and Blek le Rat as part of the series.
