Playboy Mansion could become a hotel: Theater owner Jeff Bleacher is making an offer to buy the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles. Despite previous reports that he wants to turn it into a nightclub, Bleacher may transform the iconic property into a “very high-end resort.”

Hotel Lincoln sold: A joint venture of Walton Street Capital and AJ Capital Partners sold Chicago’s 184-room Hotel Lincoln sold to Nakash Holdings, a New York-based investment company controlled by the family behind Jordache jeans. The price was US$70 million, according to Crain’s Chicago Business.

New president at Marco Polo: Jennifer Cronin was named president of Marco Polo Hotels, succeeding Eric Waldburger, who has retired. Previously, Cronin was vice presided of sales and marketing at Marco Polo.
