May Fair London’s May Fair Kitchen will re-open in May following a transformation overseen by Amir Jati, former head of Nobu. The acclaimed restaurant will offer a “fresh take” on Spanish and Italian cuisine.

“The new May Fair Kitchen is going to sit alongside the best of the area’s burgeoning food scene,” said Jati. “Our aim is to create something beautiful, social and most importantly unique in London’s iconic district of Mayfair. The concept is simple, light, fresh, delicious food to be shared among friends and colleagues alike in London’s luxury quarter.”

May Fair Kitchen was redesigned by Rob Steul to reflect this new Mediterranean vision. The goal was to deliver a relaxed, open environment. The space will include marble and copper tables, two huge rustic feature tables and leather chairs. The dark lounge bar aims to be an “intimate and moody space” for private meetings and late-night cocktails.
