Designer and philanthropist Diane von Furstenberg was the first featured speaker of W Hotels’ What She Said, a global series featuring leaders in fashion, music, tech and media, recently at W London – Leicester Square.
She was joined by London-based designer Mary Katrantzou in a discussion moderated by Calgary Avansino, an entrepreneur and contributor to British Vogue.
Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ W brand will feature a series of speakers events throughout the year that will include a moderated discussion and audience Q&A session followed by a networking event over cocktails and music. Discussions will be available via podcast at the hotel’s website, and new speakers will be announced through the year.
Most events are free and open to the public.
