Premier Inn recently launched in Germany with the opening of the new Premier Inn Frankfurt Messe. With interiors designed by JOI-Design, the hotel combines British style with an open-plan layout that accentuate its motto of “Walk In and Enjoy.”
The lobby is designed to be a multipurpose living space targeted for young travelers. “Work zones” include charging stations and tables while large seating areas and dining areas offer areas to relax. The lobby also includes a contemporary take on the British library with open shelves and long communal tables.
The breakfast room, bar and restaurant was designed with deep rich tones accented in violet and turquoise. Other distinctive features include an eclectic assortment of pendant lights, a metal bar, riveted wall panels, and a wide variety of seating such as high-backed armchairs covered in checked Burlington upholstery.
JOI-Design is also partnering with Premier Inn on the expansion of the brand into Germany, including the development of a new guestroom concept.
