Four Seasons announces 2017 jet itineraries

Guests of the Four Seasons Private Jet can take off in three different directions in 2017, including a trip with the head chef of famed Copenhagen restaurant Noma.

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts’ itineraries for its private jet include Culinary Discoveries, developed in partnership with chef René Redzepi. The three-week trip begins in Seoul in May 2017 and visits Mumbai, Chiang Mai, Copenhagen, Florence and Tokyo before ending in Paris. Along the way, guests will trace food influences and cultures across two continents. Guests will forage with chefs and have private dinners at renowned restaurants, while staying at Four Seasons hotels. The itinerary includes hosted talks about food and its intersection with creativity, innovation and community.

“We have always enjoyed the opportunity to travel and explore, and to learn about the ingredients and cultures that have helped shape what people eat and how they cook,” said Noma head chef René Redzepi. “From our team’s travels across Scandinavia to relocating our restaurant to Tokyo and Sydney, our international journeys have helped expand our minds and our tastes, and influenced the creativity of the Noma kitchen.”

Two other itineraries include a Global Getaway journey in 2017, visiting Singapore, Koh Samui, Dubai, Budapest, Nice, Lisbon, Nevis, Bogota and Miami over 24 days starting in March. The International Intrigue trip starts in Seattle, then heads to Kyoto, Beijing, Maldives, Serengeti, Budapest, St. Petersburg, Marrakech and Boston, for three weeks in September.

Cost for the itineraries starts at US$135,000.
