The newly built San Clemente Suite includes a living room, master bedroom and two bathrooms with large panoramic windows boasting views of Venice. The San Clemente Suite can also be booked together with the adjacent Navigante Suite (the hotel’s second largest suite), along with five Navigante Junior Suites and the Marco Polo Suite. Guests can arrive via a private boat dock, located in front of the Navigante Wing, which also can accommodate yachts.

The resort features three restaurants and three bars, including a fine dining haute Italian restaurant, Acquerello; a Mediterranean al fresco restaurant, La Dolce; and a breakfast restaurant, Insieme. The private island also offers a pitch-and-putt golf course, a tennis court, a heated outdoor pool, outdoor jogging trails, and the Kempi Kids Club.
