Luca Allegri has been named managing director of Le Bristol Paris. Most recently, he was managing director of hotels, restaurants and spas at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer in Monaco.

Javier Beneyto, formerly COMO Metropolitan Miami Beach’s general manager, will oversee the development of COMO Echo Beach, Bali, which is scheduled to open next year.

Laine Blaker is now food and beverage director at the Resort at Paws Up in Greenough, Montana. Before joining Paws Up, he worked at Exceed Hospitality Asset Advisors in Washington, D.C.

Indu Brar is the new general manager of the Fairmont Empress in Victoria, British Columbia. Most recently, she was general manager at the Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver.

Marina Mandarin Singapore’s Peach Blossoms has a new executive chef: Francis Chong Wui Choong.

The Resort at Paws Up, Greenough, Montana, appointed Kathleen Cochran vice president and managing director. She previously worked at the Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara, California. 

Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas named Benjamin Davis general manager of the Paradise Island, the Bahamas, which is scheduled to open this summer. He most recently was GM at Grand Lucayan on Grand Bahama Island.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld hired Jim Gross as general manager. His experience includes general manager positions at several Spire Hospitality hotels.

David Hale is Spire Hospitality’s new vice president of business development. Most recently, he was vice president of sales and hotel development for Vantage Hospitality Group.

Dant Hirsch, previously the general manager at Faena Hotel Miami, has been named regional general manager for COMO Parrot Cay and COMO Metropolitan Miami Beach.

Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific promoted Michelle Hoy executive assistant manager at the Ramada Shoal Bay at Port Stephens in New South Wales. She has served in a variety of roles at the hotel.

Montage Hotels & Resorts of Orange County, California, appointed Robin Kennedy senior vice president, acquisitions and development. Previously, she was vice president, acquisitions, at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust.

The Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel Chicago named Caroline Kolaja executive pastry chef overseeing the hotel’s dessert and pastry program. She previously was executive pastry chef at Epic Restaurant in Chicago.

Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada, Florida, hired Robert “Bob” LaCasse as general manager. Most recently, LaCasse was GM of the Hyatt Regency Resort in Newport, Rhode Island.

The Setai, Miami Beach hired Christian Maeder as executive food and beverage director, overseeing operations for Jaya at The Setai, The Bar and Courtyard, The Pool and Beach Bar and in-room dining. Most recently, Maeder was F&B manager at The Four Seasons Hotel in New York.

Jon Martin is the Resort at Paws Up’s new general manager of guest relations. He earlier led the openings of Fairmont Grand Del Mar and the Grand Bohemian Hotel Charleston.

Ka’anapali Beach Hotel in Maui appointed Iokepa Nae’ole manager of Hale Huaka’i, the hotel’s ocean activities center. Most recently, he was an educator at the Nature Conservancy of Hawaii.

The InterContinental Johannesburg O.R Tambo Airport named Yoshan Naidu executive chef. Earlier, he was executive chef at Southern Sun Pretoria.

Patrick Ndukuya joined Southern Sun Pretoria as executive chef. He previously worked at Tsogo Sun’s Emnotweni Casino & Entertainment Centre.

Scott Oaksmith, most recently Choice Hotels International Inc.’s controller, has been promoted to senior vice president, finance, and chief accounting officer.

Choice Hotels International Inc. promoted Chief Operating Officer Patrick Paciousto to president and COO.

Kathryn Poulin has been named general manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites Jekyll Island. She previously was GM of the Hampton Inn in Danville, Kentucky.

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts appointed Anthony Quin general manager at Mövenpick Hotel Enshi in Hubei province, China. He previously was GM of Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi, in Vietnam.

Claudio Roscigno has been appointed Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ regional director, Middle East and North Africa. He previously had senior roles with Rosewood Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts.

Joseph Rose is now chef de cuisine at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa’s Japengo restaurant. Rose previously was executive chef at The Gwen hotel in Chicago.

Santiago Sagaz is the new general manager for COMO Shambhala Estate, Bali. He most recently was GM at the Bulgari Resort in Bali.

Henry Giovanni Scott has been appointed general manager of the COMO Metropolitan Miami Beach. Most recently, Scott oversaw a renovation project for Nobu Hotel Eden Roc Miami Beach.

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Enchantment Group named Tracey Anne Slavonia chief marketing officer. She previously was chief marketing officer at Canyon Ranch.

Toronto-based Crown Group of Hotels appointed Anil Sood regional director of operations. He previously was area general manager at Holloway Lodging.

Ljubomir Stanisic has been named consulting executive chef at Six Senses Douro Valley in Lamego, Portugal.

The Westin Maui Resort & Spa in Ka’anapali Beach, Maui, announced the appointment of Tracy Stoltz as hotel manager. She previously held management positions at hotels throughout the Hawaiian islands.

Alex Stratta is the new chef de cuisine at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia’s Prado restaurant. Most recently he was executive chef of Alex and Stratta at Wynn Resorts, Las Vegas.

Eaton Hong Kong appointed Leona Wong director of human resources. Prior to joining Eaton, she was human resources manager of The Hong Kong Club.

The Knickerbocker in New York City appointed Jennie Yip in-house lifestyle and cultural curator for the hotel’s three F&B outlets. Yip has collaborated with hotels including Gramercy Park Hotel, Delano Hotel and Mercer Hotel.

Real Hospitality Group added Joseph Yi as chief investment officer. Previously, he was managing director of a residential developer in New York City.
