Dalata in Dublin: Dalata Hotel Group agreed to a deal for a development site on Kevin Street in Dublin’s city center for €8.1 million (US$9.0 million). Planning permission for the development was granted in November. The 137-room Maldron Hotel is expected to open in mid-2018.
