The first MGallery by Sofitel in Brazil recently opened in the heart of Rio de Janeiro. Hotel Santa Teresa features architecture preserved by the neo-modernist and eclectic colonial culture of Rio.
Hotel Santa Teresa offers 434rooms, including apartments and suites. The hotel’s signature restaurant, Tereze, offers panoramic views of Guanabara Bay and contemporary flavors of Brazilian cuisine. Additional amenities include a lounge, pool, spa and conference room.
AccorHotels reportedly plans to continue to grow the MGallery by Sofitel brand, with future openings of Palazzo Livorno MGallery by Sofitel in Tuscany expected this summer and Leicester Square MGallery by Sofitel in London expected to open fall 2016.
