The Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire, Scotland, recently announced an extensive, multimillion-dollar renovation. The first phase of the project includes the redesign of about 35 bedrooms by Goddard Littlefair as well as the hotel’s main bar, The Century Bar, by David Collins Studio.
The first phase includes a brand new bar in the Dormy Clubhouse, designed by Macaulay Sinclair. The new bar serves a selection of locally sourced bers, including craft beers from De Brus Brewery in Dunfermline and Fallen Brewing Company in Stirling.
Additional phases include corridors and public areas throughout the property. The design pays homage to the Gleneagle’s history and Scottish identity while also offering a contemporary twist.
