The Kinney recently debuted in Venice Beach, marking Pacifica Hotels’ latest property opening. Described as a “fun-loving, beach-centric” boutique hotel, The Kinney’s eclectic design aims to match the quirky Southern California beach town.
The hotel offers 68 guestrooms and “party-approved Crash Pad” suites, all boasting bright colors, pop art and geometric patterns. Suites are designed for group travel and include a king bedroom with a separate living room and pull-out sofa.
The Quad Playground is a second-story open-air space with ping-pong tables, a fire pit and chaise lounges. On the first floor, guests can enjoy a more subdued scene with a book-lined lobby lounge, work spaces, sofas, and record players equipped with headphones.
Additional amenities include a year-round dipping pool and spa, and complimentary bike rental.
