Holiday Inn Express is going on a multi-state “mobile breakfast tour” with a food truck that laser-prints pancakes with selfies.
It’s part of a promotion that will see the brand taking the truck to several Southeastern Conference football games. The tour started earlier this month at New York City’s Union Square Plaza, then heads to Washington, D.C., and SEC schools and other stops through mid-December.
It’s the second year of the tour for the truck, which is outfitted with five pancake machines that each imprint a selfie and produce a pancake in about a minute.
The truck will visit tailgate parties at weekend college football games alongside “SEC Nation,” the SEC Network’s traveling pre-game show. Participants can win tickets to the SEC championship game in December.
