Karl Lagerfeld hotels: Karl Lagerfeld is launching Karl Lagerfeld Hospitality and Karl Lagerfeld Hotels & Resorts, with plans to build an international hospitality brand. Lagerfeld has entered a licensing agreement with Brandmark Collective B.V., headed by CEO Tony Kurz.
Pinewood Forrest boutique: Pinewood Forrest, a mixed-use community in Fayetteville, Georgia, announced that Hay Creek Hotel will open its first metro Atlanta boutique hotel at the development. The 95-room hotel will be developed by HCH Pinewood Forrest and operated by Hay Creek Hotels, and is scheduled to open in 2018.
Four Seasons in Florida: The Surf Club in Surfside, Florida, will become the fourth Four Seasons in that state. It will open in early 2017 after being restored by architect Richard Meier and interior designer Joseph Dirand.
