New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel recently unveiled its renovation, which includes new guestrooms, lobby, lounge and event spaces. The hotel’s lobby, event spaces and guestrooms were designed by Henmax Interiors Ltd., while the lounge was designed by Nude Design Ltd.
The hotel’s lobby aims to embody both contemporary hotel design and residential warmth. Wooden feature wall panels made from hexagonal walnut timer were installed at the front desk and elevator lobby. The lobby also features marble flooring while a wavy bronze column sculpture by metal artist and sculptor John Searles stands in the center.
The updated meeting and event spaces, including the Grand Ballroom and Event Room, boast a modern and warm earthy-tone color scheme and features crystal chandeliers, mirrors, wood and matt metal surfaces throughout.
The hotel also launched 88 newly renovated guestrooms in early 2016, featuring contemporary décor with simple lines and earthy tones.
