AccorHotels continues to look to grow its alternative accommodation portfolio with Monday’s announced intention to acquire Travel Keys, a private vacation rental marketer representing a luxury collection of over 5,000 villas across more than 100 destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico, the United States, Europe, Asia and Africa.
Combing Travel Keys with other AccorHotels’ other private rental acquisitions, onefinestay and Squarebreak, will create a portfolio with about 8,500 addresses in the luxury private rental market. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2017 after customary due diligence.
