After undergoing an expansion last September, South Carolina-based Montage Palmetto Bluff resort now offers three new food trucks, in addition to adding over 16,000-square-feet of meeting and event space, as well as new green areas.
Food trucks include:
Big Carol: Complete with a fully functioning kitchen and wide variety of menus curated by the resort’s culinary staff.
The Little Brown Wagon: An old-school tear drop camper made out of used bourbon barrels and converted into a portable bar, the Little Brown Wagon offers group bourbon tastings and boasts two taps for craft beer.
S’mores Cart: A modern day bakfiet (“box bike” in Dutch), the s’mores cart is a modern interpretation of the original freight bicycle that tradesmen’s used to ride to make deliveries of baked goods, dairy and produce. The cart is custom designed with six bins, offering both flavored and classic marshmallows, a tray of graham crackers, bins for roasting sticks and a mini refrigerator.
