A new 27-room boutique hotel is opening in August in the ancient city of Hanoi, Vietnam.
Nineteen of the rooms at La Siesta Central, owned and operated by Vietnamese boutique hotel brand Elegance Hospitality Group, take advantage of views of Hoan Kiem lake. The conversion was directed by EHG Chairman Do Van Dan, who also led the design.
Vietnamese and international cuisines are available at the rooftop Red Bean restaurant, along with cocktails Twilight Sky bar.
Dark wood paneling and patterned tiling highlight the interiors, along with black and white artworks in the public areas and rooms.
La Siesta Spa carries the black-and-white theme forward in its design.
Guest rooms include walk-in rainforest showers.
