-- Hotels, 12/31/2007 11:00:00 PM

What: A modern build-it yourself burger joint offering an abundance of fresh, local and unique ingredients, plus special sauces and fresh-baked buns. The restaurant’s name couldn’t make it any clearer: you get your burger the way you like it.

Opened: August 2007

Design: The retro space is bright and clean, with lots of white and red.

Key features: Ordering counter with pencil and paper forms on which guests build their own burgers.

On the menu: Burgers (angus or kobe beef, lamb, turkey, chicken, salmon or veggie), French fries with sea salt, sweet potato fries, onion ring towers and homemade pie.

To drink: Hand-scooped milkshakes.

Web site says: “We use local produce; naturally-raised, hormone-free beef; and even our beers are brewed in the area.”
