Organic Cocktails On Offer At Four Seasons Las Vegas

Succulent strawberries, watermelon and agave nectar. Tangy blackberries, grapefruits and limes. Spicy thyme and basil. These seasonal fruits and fresh herbs are combined with top-shelf organic spirits to create an innovative array of specialty cocktails now available at Verandah at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas.
The selection of specialty cocktails represents a new wave of all-natural bar ingredients in a restaurant that has long relied on fresh, seasonal food ingredients. Guests will watch bartenders dice, blend and muddle only the freshest fruits, vegetables and herbs into their choice of certified organic vodkas, rums, whiskies and gins. Organic liquor means the grains, soil and water used to create the sprit is unpolluted, leaving it smooth and unfiltered.
“The statement ‘you are what you eat’ is not limited to food,” says Martin Kipping, director of food and beverage at Four Seasons. “In today’s changing world restaurants and bars have a more discerning and educated clientele. Customers are seeking natural and healthier alternatives, not just for food but for beverages as well.”

Verandah's understated sophistication is reflected in its warm, natural décor. Guests may choose to dine indoors or al fresco on the garden terrace overlooking the private pool.
The Bar and Lounge features a light appetizer menu and an array of libations, including wines and classic martinis and margaritas. During Verandah’s happy hour, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily, all martinis are half price.
