CINCINNATI, OHIO — Lance Bates has joined Cintas Corp. as president and COO, national account sales division. Bates replaces Bill Cronin, who has been promoted to the newly created position of senior vice president and assistant to the CEO.
Prior to joining Cintas, Bates served at the General Electric Co., most recently as general manager of sales, diagnostic imaging for the healthcare division.
Cronin has served in various sales positions at Cintas since 1984, including group vice president of the rental uniform business and president and COO of the national account sales division.
