Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. (NYSE: HOT) announces the launch of Starwood Expo in Singapore this week. This year Starwood Expo in Singapore will be one of the largest yet, with over 45 hotels represented by over 70 sales associates from 14 countries in Asia Pacific attending this major event. Starwood Expo will be highlighted with the participation of the hotels from exciting destinations such as Bali, Dubai, Fiji, Beijing, Macau, Angkor and so on. The event will be held at St Regis Singapore from 12th to 13th August 2008.

This platform gives us the opportunity not only to update our customers on the growth of our footprint and Brand innovations in the Asia Pacific region but also on Starwood globally. A key aspect of this year’s Expo is our focus on inviting new customers to the event,” added Alison.
Starwood Expo is the annual sales mission organized by Starwood Hotels & Resorts to bring together primary contacts across all market segments, with Starwood associates, to update them on Starwood’s developments worldwide, strengthen existing relationships, enroll customers into the rich loyalty programs, discuss performance for 2008 and opportunities for 2009 and beyond.
