Marriott Points Now Good At Front Desk

BETHESDA, Md., March 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Marriott Rewards ( http://www.marriottrewards.com/ ) members can now redeem points at the front desk for free rooms at Marriott International(NYSE:MAR)hotels in the U.S. and Canada*. Without planning ahead, members can use points to walk-in or extend their current stay, subject to availability. Points are redeemed at the Stay Anytime rate. Silver Elite members can now redeem points at the front desk for room upgrades. The upgrades are 5,000 points per upgrade level and subject to hotel availability. Marriott Rewards points can be earned and redeemed at over 2,800 Marriott International hotels around the world, including Marriott Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Renaissance Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, TownePlace Suites by Marriott, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Marriott Vacation Club, Horizons by Marriott Vacation Club and Grand Residences by Marriott Vacation Club. Marriott Rewards points may be redeemed for hotel stays, frequent flyer miles, cruises, car rentals, brand-name merchandise and more.
