Trump Chicago Declares Wednesday 'Champagne Day'

Building on the success of its weekly Champagne Table hors d’oeuvres and bubbles tastings promotion (US$25 per person) at Rebar, the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago has declared every Wednesday Champagne Day at the hotel.
At the hotel’s signature restaurant, Sixteen, Executive Chef Frank Brunacci introduces a three-course Champagne Table menu, paired with sparkling wines and champagnes by Sommelier Steven Lee, available weekly on Wednesday evenings for US$95.
A sample spring tasting menu includes:

With breakfast radish, avocado mousse and Meyer lemon puree

With spring garlic, baby lees, English peas and clams
