Couples-Only Resort Offers Babysitter Stipends

LAKEVILLE, PA – Many parents want, need and deserve a vacation, but for most part, it has fallen to the very bottom of their to-do list. In an effort to bump it up on the list of priorities, Caesars Pocono Resorts has created the Romance Rescue Package. This special two-night, all-inclusive romantic getaway package includes a first-of-its-kind $100 cash babysitter stipend.
“Couples with kids need more one-on-one time together, but many we talked to didn’t have the time to even think about it. We designed the Romance Rescue Package to make romance easier to plan and afford,” explained Mark Saari, Director of Marketing at Caesars Pocono Resorts. The Romance Rescue package allows couples to pick any two nights at one of Caesars Pocono Resorts three, couples-only, all-inclusive resorts (Cove Haven, Paradise Stream and Pocono Palace) with rates starting as low as $240.
The Romance Rescue package was developed in response to the recent Caesars Pocono Resorts sponsored “Parents & Romance Poll.” The survey found the majority of parents (64%) said that while romance has decreased significantly since they had kids, they want to be more romantic. However, only 1/3 of the couples interviewed find the time for a date night at least once a month. Worst of all, 1 in 5 couples said they never go out at all! The Romance Rescue Package was developed for these couple who never make the time for each other.
