Sage Hospitality Resources Accepts Energy Efficiency Award

Last week, representatives of Sage Hospitality Resources, owners and operators of Denver’s first hotel, The Oxford Hotel, received the “Trane Energy Efficiency Leader in Lodging Award” for their commitment to operational efficiency and to environmental responsibility.
Sage Hospitality Resources recently completed upgrades on the building that improve energy efficiency while decreasing average monthly utility costs by 47 percent. The Oxford Hotel also benefited from a $34,000 rebate from Xcel Energy, a leading combination electric and natural gas company.
