Rezidor Partners With OTRUM ASA

BRUSSELS/OSLO The Rezidor Hotel Group AB and OTRUM ASA have signed a partnership agreement as a long-term strategic partnership for the development of next generation in-room technology. The agreement covers the supply of interactive systems, digital content, screens and the close cooperation for the development of unique industry concepts and market leading technologies. OTRUM will be the preferred recommended supplier for all in-room technology for Rezidor owned, managed or leased hotels in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The agreement covers five Rezidor brands; Radisson SAS, Park Inn, Country Inn, Missoni and Regent.


Schulstad Royal Danish Changes Name

LISLE, ILLINOIS To more accurately reflect a growing product portfolio, the future direction of the company and a growing commitment to the U.S. market, Schulstad Royal Danish Pastry has begun operating under the name Lantmännen Unibake USA. Its offices will remain headquartered in Lisle, Illinois.


Schulstad Royal Danish Pastry has been importing premium quality pre-proofed Danish pastry for foodservice operations in the United States for more than 12 years. It recently added the Pastridor line of premium original and filled croissants.


Oneida, Waterford Wedgwood Partner

AMT Gastroguss: Official Supplier

FRANKFURT AMT Gastroguss, a German-based manufacturer of high-quality aluminium cookware, was recently awarded the designation of "official cookware supplier of Euro-Toques."


The Euro-Toques professional chefs' organization endorses select suppliers in the professional cooking industry. The organization also helps with the development of AMT Gastroguss cookware to ensure professional-quality standards and specifications.
