Abu Dhabi—Landmark Hotel Group, a UAE-based hotel management company and a part of Zenath Real Estate, which is a Khalid Abdullah Al Ghurair Group company, has unveiled a new 237-room, 4-star hotel development project in Abu Dhabi.

The hotel, comprising 227 rooms and 10 suites, will include three restaurants—of which two will have panoramic views of downtown Abu Dhabi. Construction of the 22-story hotel will start shortly and is expected to be completed in 2009.

In addition to the hotel, Landmark will open a 77-room deluxe serviced apartment complex in 2008 as it continues to expand its activities throughout Abu Dhabi. Aside from developing properties, Landmark has been engaged in acquisition and lease of properties as part of its expansion strategy across the region.
