Pastry Chef Laurent Richard presents a gourmet buffet of the most decadent chocolate desserts complimented by a bottomless glass of champagne on Friday and Saturday nights in February.
Indulge in this sinful selection while experiencing the view from Rise bar on the 14th floor of the Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park. The delights begin with a milk chocolate fondue presentation at each table.
Seatings take place at 7 p.m., 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Cost per person is US$75.
