Hot Promotions - Grand Hyatt Hong Kong Presents Pio Cesare Wine Dinner

The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong invites guests to the hotel’s Italian restaurant, Grissini, on November 16, for a special five-course white truffle dinner with matching Pio Cesare wines from Piedmont, Italy.
Pio Boffa, the great grandson of Pio Cesare, will present premium wines while Chef Vittorio prepares the gourmet menu, which will feature white truffle from Alba, valued for its powerful yet delicate aroma and taste.
The meal is priced at HK$2,280, plus 10% service charge per person.
Founded in 1881, Pio Cesare winery has long been producing compelling wine from the vineyards in Barolo and Barbaresco. Pio Boffa has led his family’s change into modern winemaking with an approach of minimal intervention, creating wines of supple flavor expression. This allows Pio Cesare to create wines of varying weight, age-ability and unique approachability from the vineyards.
