Hot Promotions - Radisson 'Sleepstakes' Features Weekly Adjustable Bed Giveaway

As various hotel brands upgrade to better mattresses and luxurious bedding, Radisson Hotels & Resorts has created an online “Sleepstakes” featuring a giveaway of one Sleep Number bed® each week throughout the summer and a grand prize US$10,000 bedroom makeover.
Coinciding with the promotion, the brand will launch a major consumer print, broadcast and online advertising campaign in June focused on the Sleep Number beds being added at more than 230 Radisson hotels and resorts throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean by 2006.
Radisson formed a partnership with Select ComfortTM in 2004 to exclusively offer the Sleep Number bed. The Sleep Number bed can be adjusted to each guest’s desired level of firmness and support, allowing individuals to find their Sleep Number-a number between zero and 100 that represents each person’s ideal level of mattress comfort.
“Today’s travelers want more individual control over their travel and hotel experience,” says Yvonne La Penotiere, executive vice president of brand marketing for Carlson Hotels Worldwide, parent company of Radisson Hotels & Resorts. “What better way than to be able to individually control the bed they will sleep in?”
