Hot Opening: Park Hyatt Dubai

The Park Hyatt Dubai opened in August 2005 with architecture that seamlessly blends Moorish and Mediterranean influences.

The hotel features six restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, including the bi-level Traiteur, which features a metal staircase suspended from the ceiling and a 1200-bottle wine cellar. A luxury day spa offering a range of holistic beauty treatments and a 25-meter outdoor ripple pool with floating palm islands completes the property.
