Hot Opening: The Ritz-Carlton Moscow

By Staff -- HOTELS Magazine, 7/1/2007

The Ritz-Carlton Moscow opened July 1, located just off Red Square in the heart of the historical, cultural and business center of Russia’s largest city.

The hotel’s guestrooms and suites are purportedly the city’s largest and include complimentary Internet access. A fine-dining restaurant is headed by famed 3-star Michelin Chef Heinz Winkler. The rooftop bar touts a spacious summer terrace featuring magnificent views of Moscow’s skyline.

The hotel has more than 1,360 sq. m (14,139 sq. ft.) of meeting space, including the ballroom, which can accommodate events with up to 700 guests. It offers a 2,000 sq. m (21,520 sq. ft.) luxurious spa by ESpa and a fitness center with an indoor heated swimming pool.
