Vesta Opens Holiday Inn Express In Glendale, Arizona

Rick Takach, President of Washington-based Vesta Hospitality, today announced the grand opening of Holiday Inn Express in Glendale, Arizona.  

 The 53,923-square-foot property is located near the emerging Glendale Entertainment district at the intersection of Cabela Drive and Zanjero Boulevard.  Within walking distance of the hotel are many restaurants, retail and entertainment options including Cardinals Stadium, The Glendale Arena, a 20-screen Loews Cineplex, Cabela’s Sporting Goods, Gordon Biersch Brewery, Garduno’s Margarita Factory and The Yard House.

 The Glendale Entertainment District represents a new development area within the city of Glendale, with governing design principles dictating upscale building construction and architectural design.  The design of the Glendale Holiday Inn & Express Suites will exceed minimum brand standards and incorporates a resort pool with lush landscaping, an entry river with fountains, and extensive stonework complementing varying shades of stucco and decorative ironwork.

 Concurrently, Vesta Hospitality is developing Staybridge Suites, which will be located in the same resort-style campus as Holiday Inn Express.

 “This property is both ideally situated, and creatively developed, to incorporate both hotels in a resort atmosphere — setting a new standard for this market,” explains Takach.
