Frame Restaurant & Lounge in the St. George Lycabettus Hotel has emerged from an extensive redesign by architect Dimitris Tsigos, whose goal was to re-create the shapes of restaurant furniture and fixtures using sleek materials such as marble and Corian.
The forward-thinking, modern space—styled in shades of brown and white—showcases how the forms of the furniture morph and connect from one to another with seamless lines. The venue now offers a fully renovated central bar and a new upper level featuring a private room with a champagne bar and VIP service.
As for the menu, Chef Ettore Botrini joined forces with hotel chef Vasilis Milios to create a range of options from sophisticated finger food and vegetarian selections to locally and internationally influenced dishes. Also available are dedicated after-theater, brunch and degustation menus. At the bar, specialty cocktails will incorporate exotic flavors such as lychee, ginger, green tea and lavender.
