James Beard Nominee Opens At Stoneleigh

After a US$36 million renovation and restoration, The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa, Dallas, has debuted a new signature restaurant, Bolla, featuring modern Italian cuisine prepared by Chef David Bull, a 2007 James Beard nominee for Best Chef in the Southwest.
The 100-seat restaurant features service throughout the day and options ranging from a la carte items to shared plates to full-course dining. The contemporary venue also includes a private chef’s table and a private dining room housing a modern art piece made from the hotel’s original rooftop sign.
In addition, the bar at The Stoneleigh—offering visitors a relaxed indoor atmosphere around an arc-shaped Art Deco bar, or an outdoor terrace experience—has been expanded and rebranded as Bolla Bar. The new concept features a menu of signature cocktails made with fresh-squeezed juices, along with premium wines from Italy and the Mediterranean.
Finally, Chef Bull and his team also oversee the hotel’s 24-hour roomservice menu.
