P&G Partners With AAHOA

-- Hotels, 5/1/2008

CINCINNATI, OHIO—Procter & Gamble Professional announces its role as a founding platinum partner of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association, as well as the launch of the inaugural Family Hotelier of the Year Award at the 2008 AAHOA National Conference.

The partnership and award are built on the entities’ shared commitment to the values central to a successful family business: hard work, skill and determination. The partnership allows AAHOA members to tap into P&G Professional’s marketing expertise and use the company’s best practices to help leaders in the lodging industry.

The Family Hotelier of the Year Award, which celebrates the determination and skills of dedicated family hotel operators, will be given at the 2009 AAHOA National Convention in Washington, D.C. One AAHOA member will win airfare, accommodations and registration to the 2009 convention, plus US$5,000 toward a family vacation or a check to donate to the charity of the winner’s choice.
