DÜSSELDORF, GERMANY—HOGATEC, the International Trade Fair for Hotels, Gastronomy and Catering, will be held from September 28 to October 1. The show offers decision-makers from these industries a range of new products and innovations, trends and sector know-how, whether they are large-scale or small caterers, a hotel chain or family business.
