Milliken To Host F&B Seminar

SPARTANBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA— Milliken & Co. will host its annual F&B Forum at its Spartanburg headquarters September 28–October 1.
The forum attracts hotel F&B managers, general managers, and catering and banquet managers from around the world to discuss issues facing hospitality managers in daily operations. Topics include consumer trends in fine dining, textiles, leadership, wine and spirits, strategic planning, trend analysis, behavioral styles and creativity.
The F&B Forum is designed to take participants through a variety of stimulating presentations and discussions on trends in the hospitality market. Various guest speakers, including experts from the University of South Carolina’s School of Hospitality, will educate attendees on their areas of expertise.
