BANGKOK— Pan Pacific Serviced Suites is planning its first property in Bangkok and its second in Asia Pacific, following the launch of its flagship property in Singapore in April. Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Bangkok is slated to open in 2009.

The eight-story property will offer 148 guestrooms comprising 27 executive suites, 74 one-bedroom suites and 47 two-bedroom suites, each featuring premium branded amenities and high-speed Internet. Facilities include a fitness center, swimming pool, Living Room and Pacific Lounge. Residents will be offered 24-hour personal assistants.

The property is owned by the €1.2 billion Asian Real Estate Income Fund and will be managed by Pan Pacific Hospitality Pte Ltd. The property is part of Eight Thonglor, a mixed-use development that includes a 34-story apartment tower and a shopping center. Eight Thonglor is owned and managed by Pacific Star Group.
